**For June, we are providing free delivery with no min. spending for local orders!**
Currently, we only offer local deliveries within Singapore. For our courier service, we are using J&T. J&T offers the following delivery option:
- Registered mail: $3 additional delivery charge. Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day after payment has been confirmed. Parcels should arrive between 2-3 working days upon dispatch. A tracking ID will be given.

Returns and Exchanges Conditions
There will be a 14 Days Return & Exchange Policy from the date of purchase based on the following conditions:
- Item is in original condition, un-damaged, unwashed and with the original packaging
- There will not be any cash refund on your returns and in exchange, we offer to credit you with a return coupon code that can be used for your next purchase within 14 Days.
- If any coupon code was used on the purchase of the item, the coupon code value will be forfeited against the value of the item purchase. Eg: using a $20 coupon on a $10 product will not leave you a $10 change back.
How do I make a Return/Exchange?
If your item is found to be defective, we will cover your postage back to us. If due to other reasons, you may Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the following information:
- Your name and contact number
- Product Name
- Date of Purchase
- Price of the item and if there any coupon was used
- Reason for the return
- For returns/exchanges, you may either cover the postage to send the returned items to us, or drop by our retail outlets or warehouse. We highly recommend you to visit our retail stores for exchanges to allow our friendly staff to assist you! :)
